# Facility AI Prompting Framework — The Facility AI Institute

Use this structure for any facility request. Skip parts that don't apply — every part you add removes a guess.

| CONTEXT | What does it need to know about the site? | "3-building campus, 30 major assets, 2025 data." |
| DATA | What are you giving it? | "Attached CSV of work orders." |
| TASK | What exactly do you want? | "Find the 3 assets with the most corrective work." |
| CONSTRAINTS | What rules must it follow? | "Remove duplicate IDs first. Don't guess missing values." |
| OUTPUT | What format? | "Table: asset, count, % of corrective work." |
| VERIFY | How will you check it? | "List data problems found and how you handled them." |

## Before you use the answer
1. Recalculate at least one number yourself.
2. Ask: what assumption, if wrong, changes the conclusion?
3. Never paste confidential, personal, or security-sensitive data into public tools.
